How to set up an Enthuse page
- 1. Follow the link below and sign up using your email address
- 2. Enter your fundraising target, we ask our charity place runners to raise £2,700 but if you want to aim higher, you can!
- 3. Upload a profile picture
- 4. Upload a header photo. We have set a default photo for your fundraising page but you can change this to make it more personal.
- 5. Add your page title and biography. Let your donors know what you are fundraising for and why. You can also add images and videos here.
- 6. Customise your fundraising page URL. This is the web address that you can copy and paste to invite people to donate to your fundraiser. Ideally, this URL will be short and easy to remember.
- 7. Let Enthuse know how your would like to be contacted.

1. Sharing is caring
Whether it’s on social media, email or WhatsApp, make you share your fundraising page as much as possible!
2. Paint your target!
JustGiving have found that pages with a fundraising target raise an average of 17% more. We ask our charity place runners to raise £2,700 but if you want to aim higher, you can!
3. Get things started by making a donation
JustGiving have found that when people donate to their own page to get their fundraising started, they raise an average of 84% more.
4. Include a photo or video
JustGiving have found that fundraisers with pictures or videos on their page raise 13% more per photo.
5. Tell your story
Explaining who or what’s inspired you to take on the London Marathon to help find cures for brain tumours helps people understand why you’re fundraising. JustGiving have found that including your story could help you increase your fundraising by up to 65%.
6. Connect fitness apps
Connecting your fundraising page with your Strava or Fitbit account means supporters will be able to keep track of your progress. JustGiving have found this can help boost fundraising by 111%.
7. Keep people updated
Another way to let people follow your journey is by updating your page often. You might want to make updates when you hit fundraising and training milestones. Alternatively, you could update each week or month.
8. Don’t forget to say, “thank you”!
Make sure you follow up to thank you supporters for their donation after you’ve finished the race. JustGiving have found that 20% of donations come in after your event has ended, so you never know who might donate again once you’ve crossed the finish line.
