Whether your aim is to return to running and smash an old PB, or take a challenging step-up to a new distance, there’s something for everyone! Choose a distance from 5km all the way to a full marathon and take in the beautiful routes through the heart of Edinburgh. Spread across the whole weekend with the half marathon and full marathon taking place on Sunday 25th May.

Whichever race you decide to join, know that your miles can help us beat brain tumours faster.

Fundraising target: £100

The EMF 5K takes place on the Saturday of the Edinburgh Marathon Festival weekend and is run in the stunning surroundings of Holyrood Park. Starting and finishing near Dynamic Earth, this route offers striking panoramic views of the city and Edinburgh Castle.

10km

Fundraising target: £200

The 10K falls on the Saturday of the Edinburgh Marathon Festival weekend and is run in the stunning surroundings of Holyrood Park. Starting and finishing near Dynamic Earth, this route offers striking panoramic views of the city and Edinburgh Castle.
