Join our Tough Mudder team and take on the most popular obstacle course in the world!

The BIGGEST and BEST Tough Mudder course is back for 2025 and it’s going to be great! With no competition and no timing, it’s just you, your teammates and muddy strangers working together to conquer the course and earn the world-famous orange headband.

Although Tough Mudder events are the definition of hardcore, there are plenty of reasons to laugh and smile – you can’t take yourself serious when you’re covered in mud! Take part as an individual or a group and test your physical and mental strength! Perfect for corporates, groups of friends/family or even take it on by yourself!

FAQs

Do I have to run in a team?

Whilst Tough Mudder events are a great event to do as a team, Participants can run as individuals and there will be plenty of people on course to help when needed. From the start line experience through the last obstacle you will have many new friends willing to lend you a helping hand where needed.

Is there an age limit?

Tough Mudder participants must be at least 14 years old. Anyone taking part under 18 years old must be accompanied by a chaperone.
